Eco-Friendly Packaging Goodjob Furnitures Sustainable Practice

Furniture prioritizes sustainability, turning environmental protection into daily practice. Balancing environmental impact, cost, product protection and material availability, we conduct in-house "drop tests" to optimize eco-friendly packaging solutions.

To replace non-recyclable plastics, we adopt biodegradable non-woven materials, burlap and paper instead of PP bags. Addressing the challenge of substituting Styrofoam for large, heavy and fragile products, we’ve tested and applied honeycomb-structured packaging (cartons, cardboard, covers, bags) as well as corrugated paper covers, plywood, MDF sheets and paper boxes after multiple trials. For heavy marble dining tables and coffee tables, we use recycled foam, and employ pulp corner sleeves, EPE angle sleeves and hard paper corner protectors for product corner protection.

Going forward, we will continue collaborating with suppliers to deepen the understanding of trade-offs in different packaging materials, striving for optimal solutions that balance cost, weight, protection, function and sustainability.
